Thank you so much for ensuring our late booking for Cheltenham was a roaring success. With the options you recommended for the hotels, hospitality, transfers and the steam train into Cheltenham, we all really had a great time. The steam train really save time, coming out of Cheltenham, as we were not stuck in queues to get on a train or in a car. The transfers from the train to the hotel worked well too. In the past, we have used other event companies who have not handled all our dietary requirements correctly, so it was a welcome change to know you ensured this was looked after too. The hotel was excellent. The private box hospitality went down well. Having seats in the main grandstand gave us a great view of the finishing line. You even sorted out our last minute requirement for a curry restaurant in the evening. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Thank you so much for organising such fantastic tickets for the Aston Villa V Spurs game. The package was superb & excellent value for money. What a fantastic day at the BMW Championships! We cannot thank you enough Liz for organising yet another super day.

The Ballroom Hospitality was outstanding, definitely a hit with our customers who thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Sitting on the 18th Grandstand in the sunshine, sipping G&T’s and watching the professionals was a great way to end our day.

We had a fantastic time at the PGA! The facility was again excellent on all fronts as was the golf. Everyone had a fantastic time and the weather was perfect. Thank you for all your assistance and help in organising a great event.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say what a really great event the Festival of Speed is and the Library Lawn hospitality was superb. We could not fault the quality of the food and there was so much choice and plenty of everything.

The service all day was friendly and they even sorted me out with a bite cream when I was stung. Having been to Epsom Derby, this hospitality was a huge improvement and great value.
