The PGA lunch will be returning to The Midland Hotel this December for another afternoon of unforgettable entertainment with one of England's greatest ever rugby players, Will Greenwood, the hilarious comedian Alfie Moore and host Andrew Cotter.
One of England’s greatest ever rugby players with a professional career that spanned 11 years with 55 international caps. The second highest international try scoring centre of all time, he was an integral part of England’s victorious World Cup campaign of 2003, a character and leader in one of the most successful team dynamics seen in recent times. Since retirement Will has gone on to establish himself as one of the foremost voices in the rugby media.
The brilliant Alfie Moore is an original and distinctive comedian with his niche area as a serving police sergeant. He brings a wealth of insights and comedy moments from his eighteen years on the beat, where a keen sense of humour has been the key to his success and survival!
Returning as host for the afternoon is Andrew Cotter, one of the most recognisable voices in sports broadcasting. Having worked for the BBC for over 19 years, Andrew is regarded as one of the leading commentators on the BBC’s golf, rugby, tennis and athletics coverage, among the many events he’s covered are The Masters, Open and Ryder Cup, The 6 Nations, Rugby World Cup, Wimbledon and the Olympic games.
