Everton FC are one of the oldest clubs in the Premier League. Founded in 1878, they were founder members of the Football League and have played at Goodison Park since 1892. Everton is the second-longest continuous-serving club in English top-flight football and has won nine league titles, five FA Cups, one European Cup Winners’ Cup and nine Charity Shields.

Their arch-rivals, Liverpool, are based less than a mile away, and the local derby is the highlight of each other's season.
