England V India - Second Test Match

This year’s Edgbaston Test sees England welcome the mighty India team for the crucial second match of a five Test series. After a few years in the doldrums, England’s progress under Brendan McCullum in the longest format has been brilliant to watch, with the ‘Bazball’ style of cricket being in total contrast to the overly-defensive tactics previously employed. England enjoyed a relatively comfortable summer in 2024 with series victories against the West Indies and Sri Lanka.
